• DOC in the CITY is a comprehensive medical service that provides immediate access to a network of doctors and medical professionals through a centralized call-in centre. It was primarily developed to service the needs of the expat community and visitors to Geneva.

• With one phone call you have direct access to general practitioners and specialists as well as physiotherapists, dentists, pharmacists and other medical professionals and services. In many circumstances our doctors will make house calls or visits to a location of your choice.

• Our service is one of the most comprehensive and efficient in all of Switzerland.

• All our staff speak English and French. Other languages may be available upon request.

• The call-in consultation service is free and medical visits are billed according to normal Swiss billing standards.
